TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you have agreed to the terms below
Payment Method
• Commissions are paid upfront by 50% and the rest will be after the sketch is finished. Client may pay 100% upfront if they'd like
• Payments are via BCA or Streamelements only
• The currency that I accept is USD or IDR
Commission Workflow
• After I agreed to the commission, please provide clear character and pose reference (personalities or characteristic desctription would be appreciated but optional)
• Please give me a clear deadline, NO RUSHING
• I only accept up to 3 revisions on the sketch. no major changes like poses, characters, and clothing.
• Revisions after that are only minor changes like color, etc.
• Extra revisions will be $2 per 2 revisions
Cancelling Or Refund Terms
• If you cancel if I haven't started the drawing, you will be refunded 100%
• If you cancel during the sketching stage, you will be refunded 50%
• Cancelling after the sketching stage is prohibited and will get no refund if the client insisted
• If you insist on a chargeback, I will have the artwork retracted, and have the rights to sell it to other buyers or use it as my own and I won't hesitate to share your name to let other artist be aware of you
Artwork Copyright
I hold every right to the artwork. I'll be using said works for:
• My personal portfolio to promote myself
• Posts or display wherever I wantedYou are allowed to:
• Use the artwork for personal use, unless said otherwise
• Post the work with proper artist credit
• have the rights to the character design, but not the artwork itselfIf you do any form of copyright infringement, every rights you have to the drawing will be retracted.
Examples of the copyright infringement includes:
• Reproducing or using the artwork for commercial use
• Taking all the credit of said artwork
• Altering the artwork without any notice or consent from the artist
Art Commercial Rights
If you purchase the commercial rights for the artwork, you will be charged 200% of the original price.
With the commercial rights, you can:
• Make money from the art via merchandise
• Use the artwork to promote your brand or liking
• Artist credits is still required
• WORKS MADE BY ME ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED IN NFTS, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, AND ANYTHING SIMILAR
Live2D Rigging Copyright
I hold every right to for the rigging. I'll be using said works for:
• My personal portfolio to promote myself
• Posts or display wherever I wantedYou are allowed to:
• use it for commercial use like streaming, promotional video, etc.
• Properly credit me as the riggerIf you do any form of copyright infringement, every rights you have to the drawing will be retracted.
Examples of the copyright infringement includes:
• Taking all the credit of said rig
• Altering the rig without any notice or consent from the rigger
